Return & Exchange Conditions

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Any request made after this period will not be accepted. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@shop.kavirax.com before sending any items back.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Authorization Required: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Time Frame: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unusedwith tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Return Process

Important Note: Returns are by mail only.

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@shop.kavirax.com with your order number. If the item is defective or incorrect, please also include supporting photos or videos of the issue. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
  2. Ship the Item: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
    • Pre-Addressed Label (Free): If your return is determined to be due to an error on our part (qualifying for a free return), we will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Please attach this label and drop the parcel with the specified carrier.
    • Customer-Paid Shipping: If your return is due to customer preference, we will provide the return address, but the customer must purchase their own shipping label.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 2–3 business days), we will process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Our Responsibility (Free Return): If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, product defect), we will cover the return shipping cost, provide the pre-paid return label, and issue a full refund (including the original shipping fee).
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costsThere is no restocking fee for these returns.

Refund Process

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shop.kavirax.com

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly after your purchase. If your payment has been processed but the item has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped. Please follow the Return Process above.
